2 Two times I had a motor defective. The last time I had a leaky pitcher.

I was told they no longer had parts and would only replace if it was insured and motor. The product was defective from the beginning! i dont remember if i was offered insurance. Tristar and QVC needs to be sued!!!!

They told me only the motor was warrrantied not leaky pitcher. This blender is a lemon ! A class action suit should be filed. I'm going to keep using this leaky pitcher until my motor goes out, then call Tristar back to get a replacement.

they claimed they couldnt find my receipt. i had to look up my purchase via online.

Product or Service Mentioned: Healthmaster Blender.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $206.

Preferred solution: replacement.

I didn't like: Need a receipt for exchange, Need to see copy of lifetime warranty at ime of purchase.
